         YongCheng Group is installed in an industrial complex of 37,000 square meters, with more than 16,000 square meters of constructed area, located in south of China.  In this modern industrial plant, we have analysis and development laboratories, testing center, foundry and machining workshop, warehouse, administrative and commercial areas.

YongCheng Group specializes in the design, manufacture and supply copper components for equipment, in mining, construction machinery, wind energy, oil and gas, ship, punch. YongCheng is also a key OEM supplier in heavy equipment around the world. Our emphasis is on spare parts for crushers, excavators, electric rope shovels. YongCheng is also positioned for growth in other areas that call for precision CNC machining, covering copper castings, cast/grey iron castings, steel alloys and steel forgings.

To maintain high quality, YC invested millions of dollars on foundry equipment from Germany, machining equipment of MAZAK, DOOSA and testing equipment of Zeiss, Fora in recent years.  In additions, YC insists on strict production process control. In 2002, YC is certified by ISO9001, ISO 14001 and OHSOS18001. In 2014, YC passed supplier system audit of GE and Siemens. YC testing center is certified by CNAS, which has high precision detection ability.

Our Quality Assurance process insures producing high quality products and tracing product flow. We review any problems in workflow in quality control meetings held in every week, so they can be improved and solved. YC’s ISO9001 program is relied on our traceability and record retention. Our procedures allow us to trace any part that we produce, even years later. We can refer to production log and review any production detais.

YC’s Inspection process is strictly and thoroughly controlled. YC quality team inspected every part following the specifications. YC uses the modern inspection tools, including the CMM (Coordinate-measuring Machine), which is a powerful inspection tool providing very accurate and detailed results.

HIGH CASTING CAPACITY
We introduce advanced centrifugal casting facility and process to improve mold filling capacity and feeding capacity of molten metal. In this way, there is little shrinkage, blowhole and inclusion in the casting.

We have been certified by the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 (quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system) and the China Classification Society CCS in 2002.
